Ok to to go sub q in the love handle with 31 gauge insulin needle? 1ml injection

Sub Q is great for B12. I'd personally keep the injections down to 1/2cc on the SubQ injection site ...

Ok so only have a cc per time...so then ok to go twice a week with b12 shot?

I've never tried it, but I've read a handful of times where people who shot over 1/2mL had some form of negative experience.

Thus, the general recommendation for SubQ seems to be half a mL max.

As far as b12 into muscle or subq... I don't know really but I stick to IM for that sine I do 1mL. Haven't been doing it entirely long though. Maybe ill "convert"

I push 1ml q.a.d sQ. No rxs thus far after 1 month.
