AI Not Always Necessary: Anecdotal Evidence
Summary: some people need AI's some people don't. Everyone mostly already knew this. Disregard this post.

This is known, there are many guys that do not require an AI on TRT and many that do. Some people are predetermined to convert test to estrogen as we are are individuals. Many other factor can reduce the need for an AI such as smaller more frequent injections of Test, Sub-Q injections have also shown to reduce conversion. Body fat as you stated is a factor as well. Regular blood work should always include E2 as well and a journal of blood results is also a good idea

I don't need an AI on TRT either.
The rule still stands for AI throughout cycles though.

It's rare for someone at 200 mgs a week doesn't need AI. Good for you though, the less drugs the better.
