Time to get my blood work done -- need to make sure these are the panels I need

I will be getting my next round of labs next week and I want to make sure I am getting all of the ones I need.

I am currently on the following protocol:
    Test Cyp. 60mg X 2 a week
AI (I have tried to eliminate this from my protocol so I haven’t been taking any since I went down from Test Cyp. 100mg x2 a week) Will be interested in how my E2 comes out
    HCG 250IU x 2 a week
    Armour Thyroid 60mg a day.

Looking at the Stickies, this looks like what I should get. Anything else?• Total Testosterone
    • Free Testosterone
    • E2
    • LH
    • FSH
    • SHBG
    • Thyroid Profile
    • Vitamin D
    • CBC
    • Liver Profile
    • Lipid Profile
    • PSA

    Thanks!

Bumping this one time to check and see if I can get any input. Don't want to get more than I really need. Can I take out any of the above?
    Thanks

CBC, CMP, lipids, and hormone panel including E2 sensitive assay should suffice. You could add thyroid and adrenal function tests if you feel these might be concerns. PSA is necessary if you're 40+, but not critical if you are under 35.

If it's not too late, throw in the 4 iron tests (Ferritin, % Saturation, TIBC and serum iron), DHEA, B12. SHBG would be good too, but we can also figure that out with your free test & albumin.

That is quite a lot of things to test? How often do you have to test for all of these things? Every time you make a tweak to your regimen? (Like change how much T you inject, or if you add hCG , etc.)? Or do you test all of these things every 6 months after you are dialed in?

Right now I am dialing things in and my doc only has me testing Free T and E2.

Good to have baselines which we hope you already have. I do full BW twice per year. You don't need LH/FSH if your beyond your first follow up BW. Maybe DHEA-S if you've never tested for it before. It's a precurser to T in our hormone chain and is good to know where it stands in determining whether you need to supplement or not.

Junk, yes when you make a critical change of one of the elements mentioned you should always do follow up BW of that and any other closely related level it may impact. Example: elevate your T = possible E change. Add/increase AI = lower E + higher T. All that equals why it can be hard initially to get dialed in.
