hair loss
Anyone had any problems with somewhat significant hair loss on HRT? And if so anything to take to counter it...

Hair loss is mostly hereditary but can be exacerbated by HRT. Check your parents out as it's usually a good indicator. T turns into DHT everywhere in the body (except muscle) via the 5 Alpha Reductase Enzyme. This enzyme has a high propensity for the scalp. So, if your prone to MPB and have a high DHT level you may have an issue as the DHT gets in the hair follicals = MPB or at least a higher chance of it.
There are items out there like Finesteride and shampoos but do your research as they can come with a lot of sides that may be worse then a chrome dome.

Finesteride, Rogain, nizoral, Piroctone Olamine shampoo.
Look into these.
