    I take 1 ml a week.

Heard some recent advice that said to combine it with T injection to save on syringes. haven't tried that but it sounded like an ok idea.

B12 is water base and test it oil, they don't mix? Besides why would you inject so much in one spot?

    What is your B12 levels?...

I only ask because if you have enough then more is not necessarily better.

Also, you don't mix water and oil injects.

As far as frequency, some people do more frequent, smaller shots, and some people just do 1mL a month. Blood work really depending...

I got my b12 to the top of the range just by using sublingual drops.

No not really. My appetite has increased but I'm running EQ now so that likely has as much to do with it.

No, but I take it because I figure I don't eat enough red meat because I want to keep my b12 over 900.

Hey Bass wasn't subscribed to this so missed Q.

I didn't use this approach but it was suggested to me by the admin at doc office.

Good point - that's a lot to inject in one area.

Again - it was suggested to save on syringes but in my case, I don't have to worry about that.

I thought I would but really don't notice much at all.

My b12 level came back at 1366 from last BW and that's with 1ml per week injection and 500 mcg daily via tablet.

As the group has pointed out in other posts, keeping this level on the higher end has many benefits.

What is a low/normal/high b12 level? I need to check mine.

    I'll tell you this though.

Few years ago i used have crazy muscle twitching, i got so paranoid i went to a neurologist and asked him if i have symptoms of Parkinson's.

He said no, and he told me to take b12. I started taking b12 and the twitching went away within a week, comes back once in a while but not as bad as before.

Levels sustained under 600 may likely lead to demyelination of your neurons in the nervous system. There are, as far as I know, no hazards of going slightly above normal. I aim to maintain a level in the upper quartile of the range.

The range I have from LabCorp is 211-946. When my reading came up so far above the mark I asked some questions and the doc said it's ok to run it on high end.

HRT's explanation is very good. I had another GP mention that B12 is a great help if you are "twitchy".
