Tip on using Google Search for this forum

I've found using Google Search with the site keyword to be very helpful when searching this forum so I thought I would share. The site keyword let's you narrow down a google search to site. To narrow it to just forums on this site you can use "site:http://forums.steroid .com/showthread.php" plus your search term. For example to search for FSH you can use:

FSH site:http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php

I find its much faster and allows you to search for sorter words/acronyms like FSH. It also lets you use the Google filtering on the results. You can also do advanced queries like "(FSH|LH)".

To narrow it down to just this forum you can add "Hormone Replacement Therapy" since that is listed on each thread. For example:

FSH "Hormone Replacement Therapy" site:http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php

I've actually added it as a custom search engine in Chrome so I can just type "hrt" and a tab to search the forum from anywhere. General instructions for doing that are at http://www.groovypost.com/howto/add-...engine-chrome/. You can use this Search URL:
