The usual is .25mg q.a.d (every other day) or 0.5mg 2x a week. 1mg 2x a week is a little high. Is your e2 elevated right now?

Further to my friend MI's questions - what is your prescribed HRT dose and protocol?

Agree with Muscle Ink's suggestion of dose @ .5mg 2/wk. But without bloodwork, you really dont know. Do you any recent bloodwork to support the 1mg Adex 2/wk?

    A couple quick thoughts....

Obviously your testosterone is on the low end so 120mgs/wk doesn't seem to be cutting it. Looking at your stats 47, 198, 8%bf it would seem as though you are in good shape and hopefully your health is decent. Not knowing your medical hx, I would think increasing the dose to 150-180mgs/wk would be a good place to start. Personally, I would bump it to 200 but I don't know your full hx so I'm erring on the conservative side.

Your E2 isn't too much of a concern for me. It is on the higher side of the range but that's not necessarily a problem if you are asymptomatic. 1mg 2x/wk of Adex still seems a bit much. It should lower your E2 but this may cause some problems. Everyone is different and some men find a slightly higher E2 feels better than one that is on the bottom end of the range.

What's going on with your thyroid? Have you taken thyroid supps in the past?

Ah, ok. That makes sense since the TSH is almost non-existent.

MI got right! one thing to note though however, you e2 test is not sensitive assay, you really don't know what you e2 level is at this point, it could be higher than normal, and by lowering it it can increase your test as MI stated. your DHT is on the high side as well, you may want to supplement with Saw Palmetto to help bring it down a little.

Actually according to LabCorp, I believe that IS the "sensitive assay" test, as those are the ranges (7.6 - 42.6) for their "sensitive assay" test, as they use the Roche ECLIA method for testing.

Labcorp sensitive assay range is 3-70, trust me what they did was estradiol serum level.
