    Week 9 Update

    I took a BF reading yesterday at the gym yesterday and realized I had some nice gains that I thought I would share.

    Week 1 Day 1 - Weight 185 BF 16% (I thought it was 12% whoops)

    Week 9 - Weight 198 BF 11%. There may be some water weight since I am usually at 195.

    I added 100 mg of Pregnenlone to daily supplements and finally started with Creatine for pre and post work outs. I also added Nanogreens (powder) to daily vitamin intake and it's a great morning energy boost.

    I may paste before and current pics but need my girl to take a decent pic haha.

    No recent BW and I am trying to figure out when I'll go for my next draw. I'll post them once they are done.

    On the blood front - I am going to donate ASAP. I can feel the effects of elevated Hemocrit on cardio days.
