Drop in libido after a year on HRT ?

Hello All, my stats are: 47yrs old, 5'6" 173lbs, 16% bf, been on TRT for a year now (cream 1st, and finally dialed in 100mg/wk test.C). That gave a Test. level of around 800 w/ a range of 200-800 for my age. (All bloodwork available if needed). Anyways for the first 6 months, I was like an 18 year old, waking up w/ wood again, needing sex multiple times per day, it was awesome. Despite my E2 level being very good at 20 when I was tested 5 weeks ago, I developed poking out, sensitive nipples, ran .25 EOD Letro for a few weeks, and Tamox (40/20/20/10/..) Nipples better now, but noticed a very large drop off in libido, quality of erection, etc. I did a search and found a few threads on this, but not sure of my next move.
So, is this common on TRT after a bit, did the few weeks of AI and now Nolva do it? What are your thoughts?

My first guess would be E2 is either high or low. Both can have negetive effects on labido and erection quality. When is the last BW you had done?

5 weeks ago. Im having it done again in a wee (29th). All my Dr cares about is the Test numbers. So, I will ask for Prolactin, E2, Progesterone, etc. He prob won't do everything listed under the stickeys under "finding a good TRT Dr." so anything else in particular on this set of BW I should be looking for?

Funny, I was just looking at an IM from another Vet member here and he mentioned that Letro and Nolva destroyed his Libido. Wonder if its that?

Letro and Nolva could contribute but I'd look at E2 first...not uncommon at all.

I stopped the Nolva today and am having BW done in a week, so I guess its covered. After that re-juvination and 30 year fountain of youth run for the last 6 months, this is a bit disappointing. Ill let you all know what the outcome is.
