Unhappy Need help please Sydney Australia

Hi everyone, hoping for some help or feedback from the senior members here.

I'm 38 years old, been going gym solid 5 day a week for the last 6 weeks. Lost a lot of fat in the first 4 weeks but then hit a full stop.
Diet is on the thin side with protein shakes, chicken breast, steak once a week and vegetables every day.

To be honest been reading these forums for a long time and based on my goals of further fat loss and the initial stages of building the framework for muscle gains, I have found that HGH is the next phase of my workout. Planning to stay on HGH for 3 months then starting a cycle of test.

The problem is, it's easier in Sydney to find coke and other things than something that's good for you like HGH.

If anyone knows how I can obtain it, either through a doctor or any other means, then please help me towards the right direction.

    Age: 38
    Height: 173cm's
    Weight: 80kgs
    BF %: about 20% (down form 26%)
    Diet daily:
Breakfast: 2 egg whites and protein shakes, 1 hour later gym
Lunch: protein shake and chicken breast with vegetables.
Dinner: protein shake and small steak with vegetables.
Salad and fruit in small portions in between meals.

    Gym session:
    20 min hard cardio
    30 minutes weights
    20 minutes cardio

    Thanks, Edwin

Welcome to the forum. I'm 38 also. Pretty much a life-long fitness enthusiast. I'm gonna try to help you out here, & probably save you a lot of money too. First of all, you've been at this for 6 weeks. That is nothing. I mean NOTHING! You are looking at this all wrong. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Why do you think you need GH & test? Have you had your levels checked? You may be just fine. & you should hope that you are. Now, as far as your BF levels, assuming that your Thyroid is O.K., as well as T & GH, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to get to 10 percent without sticking a syringe in your body.

Now I'm gonna address your training protocol. That's terrible. That's got to be something you made up, right? You are really short circuiting your muscular gains by doing HARD cardio before you lift. IMO, cardio is not really necessary if weights & diet are in check, but if you want to do cardio, nothing wrong with that either, just do it on non-weight training days, or at the very least you can do it AFTER weights, but definitely not before. At 6 weeks in, you're still a beginner. You could save yourself a lot of time by just doing a very basic 3x / week basic barbell routine. Look up Starting Strength or StrongLifts. Those very basic routines will carry you for a good while.

Now I'll address diet. I would suspect that you have possibly crashed your metabolism. Go into the nutrition section here & start reading. I'm not gonna go too much into it but I will tell you that if you're not giving your body the macros that it needs to grow MUSCLE, ain't shit gonna happen. & don't get too caught up in the scale weight. If your weight is not changing, but you are making consistent strength gains, then you are GETTING LEANER! & that's what your after, right?

To summarize, I suspect that you have both over-trained & crashed your metabolism, & you are also too impatient, & that is why you are not seeing the results that you want. It's not because of a lacking hormone in your body. Go on & get your levels checked to be sure about that part, but I'm sure I've got the rest of it pegged.

There, I just saved you a shit-load of money as well as workout time

Good to hear. Just remember, marathon, not sprint. Take your time & get it right
