Is an AI a must on TRT **couple other questions too

My dr is not the best but it was the best I could do with where I live and having insurance take care of the cost. So I pick up hcg and my ai on the side but do not tell him. I had blood work done and my estro was low but not alarmingly low. So I was wondering if I can drop the AI. I am not prone to any estro problems. I am currently running 100mg every 5 days.

I must say I feel really freaking awesome. For a long time I was really nervous about making this decision at 34. Obviously I am still scared about not having kids but this was something I needed to do as my quality of life has improved ten fold. My income has even increased as I am working harder now too. My sex drive is better then before I started but man its nothing like it is when running 500mg a week lol

My Dr wants me to get my pins through him ( I am sure there are kickbacks of some sort) but I always ordered in bulk form sites that didnt require a prescription (NY-USA). I wanted to start going sub q using the pin Dr Crisler used but I cannot find it anywhere with out a prescription on the net. I actually ordered from one site that help up shipping bc of prescription but the site said nothing bout that. Is that a prescription only pin?

    Adex

What insulin pins can you use for test? I thought you could not use one but tried anyway (since I had left over from my fake hgh) and it was near impossible to dispurse the oil and it left a bump that last a few weeks.

Pretty much whatever gauge your comfortable with. I'll often use a 31 ga 5/16 for SQ test and if you can load Test with that you can load it with anything, IMO. Takes a little time but whats the rush. I also just picked up 27ga 1/2" for variety. Bumps can occur, just inject slow. Personally I would not inject 100mg SQ in one shot and I feel this is probably the cause for your lump. Try splitting your dosage to 50mg every 3.5 days or 3 days then 4 days. You'll save some test by going every 7 days, not 5 and you'll maintain a very steady serum level. Moreso than with 100 every 5 days.

Check the site sponsor for your pins.

I ordered 26g in 3/8" length from americandiabeteswholesale as I could not find these local or via any board sponsors. As for a physician script, it is dependent on the state you live in. According to their site, it was not needed in CA but I just ordered last night so we shall see.

Try going off the AI and see how you feel.

A number of us went of an AI this year due to lower doses and more frequent injections, low body fat, healthy diet, right supplements...all the good stuff.

The less drugs you put into your body the better!

ive been on TRT for around 14 months (the last yr with nebido injections , the last 3 of those @8 week intervals) and have never taken an AI (nebido is a 1000mg shot)
ive never had any of the side effects of high E2 to even suggest i need one.

Pug I assume you're still checking your E2 levels though. The majority of sides from E2 are not visible. Don't gauge E2 issues by gyno only. Too many people do that and it's a serious mistake.

unfortunately E2 monitoring is not part of TRT treatment in the UK (as im sure marcus will attest ), unless we get high E2 symptoms here nothing is done to monitor/control it.

Do a lot of you guys get prescriptions for HCG ?

I am thinking about asking my dr to re think not giving this to me. As I really hate putting this HCG (form China I assume) into my body.

Don't worry so much about where it comes from versus its effectiveness.

While my HCG is from a compounding pharmacy I can bet you a lap dance at Cheetahs it comes from India.

I had Strep Throat two weeks ago and was prescribed amoxicillin from my Doc and when I picked up the prescription guess where it came from....

    INDIA!!!!

My HCG is prescribed and is from APP Pharma. I've attached a link to it below:

    http://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed...o.cfm?id=42627

You'll note a section for Hypogonadic Hypogonadism. If you search for other brand inserts you can find more evidence to support your cause with your uninformed doc! Educate him. Crislers site at all things male .com has good info on the topic as well.
