Libido is normal but other symptoms!

If a person has normal libido..but have other symptoms such as; fatigue, low energy, weak strength, small mass, thin beard, hard to put on muscle.,ext..does it mean he might have low test or there is no way you have low test if your libido is normal? what would be the reason? estrogen dominance? lack of GH? Not enough calories? Thanks..

Hi Super. There are so many variables we'd be throwing darts if we guessed. Full blood work via a competent doctor is the first step here.

I had basically the exact same symptoms as you, and after having blood work done, found out that my total testosterone level was 40.1 ng/dl!! Never had my Estradiol level tested on that original blood work, but since, have had it tested, and I clearly am running very high E2 levels.

Began Testosterone-Cypionate injections, and while my Test has gone up to okay numbers...570 ng/dl on my latest BW, my E2 is still sky high...92.6 pg/ml. And that's even after I recently started taking .5mg of Arimidex 24hrs after each Test-Cyp injection.

So as others have recommended, bloodwork will tell a clearer story.

    Good luck!

Couple of questions. So I'm assuming your libido was normal.. but your test level was extremely low..so this means it is possible..i could have tyroid problems too..because I had digestion problem (GERD, acid reflux) for like 10 years..it damaged my adrenals probably alot of people have adrenal fatique these days..And some people have naturally high stress levels and sensitive digestive system just like me....

how did you feel after Test injections? You gained some mass? your energy gone up? Thanks..

I have always said a libido is not a clear sign of low T and as stated there are many symptoms and you dont need them all.
I always had a very high/active libido and my muscle mass was not bad although I had a LOT of fatigue after some injuries and illness that I think killed my test levels. I was at the bottom end of normal and I defiantly felt better and became more active after getting on HRT

Bottom line the only way to know is get blood work done. No reason to guess.
