TRT Supps
So I'm wondering what supplements you guys take while on TRT?
I'm taking 50mgs DHEA, 50mgs preg, 4000ius of V-D, multi-v, 100mgs zinc, along with calcium/mag Everyday.
Does this sound about right? I'm doing 150mgs test cyp E7D.

Yes CoQ10 should be an alternative to fish oil. My cholesterol is border line and fish oil wasn't enough, so I'm trying something different. Not sure about zinc and e2, if anything cut AI intake if you're taking it, of course it should be based on BW. Yes take CoQ10 as instructed.

My E2 was 38 or <39 so I'm not sure if that is considered high.

Remember that AI like Adex can make your cholesterol high also. You would not believe how high mine was last time. lol
I'm still not to sure about all the cholesterol stuff. I think a lot of it is hype and it's to sell yet another prescription. I heard it's something like 40% of people are on some type of cholesterol meds and I'm not to happy about how statin's (main drug in cholesterol meds) lead to muscle depletion.
For starters, statin drugs deplete your body of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), which is beneficial to heart health and muscle function. Because doctors rarely inform people of this risk and advise them to take a CoQ10 supplement, this depletion leads to fatigue, muscle weakness, soreness, and eventually heart failure.
Obviously at the very least we need to supplement with CoQ10 if taking any statin

I was on statins for over two years. I believe it put me on a downward spiral for my low test. It is one of many sides with statins. In one year it dropped over 100 points, with no other changes in diet, etc.
