    bloodwork

im 42... body fat 13% lifting since teenager then stopped... but got back into it last 6 years...3 to 4 times per week.
    5 foot 6

so I was on gear for 3 years..I just came off on Nov 5th...i got blood work done last week
    I got my results.
My test levels are low at 2.0 normal should be 5 to 30 ml

also my blood sugar high 11 ...and now i have to take metformin... they said i have diabetes.
I always ate healthy and i don't eat sweets...this kinda sucks...

my weight has dropped as well...about 10 lbs

You think me coming off juice would screw these results and maybe i will normalize?

If you just came off 3 weeks ago, I would be more suprised if your testosterone was normal than it being low.

Typically it takes 12 weeks or more to get some semblance of hormonal balance. You can't really draw any conclusions now... other than if you feel like shit you should probably stop doing what you're doing .

There's a very good chance you can "normalize" as you say, but it will take some time. And every time you take exogenous androgens you are throwing your body into a very unnatural state where it tries to return to homeostasis. If quality of life and well being are your goals then it's really ill-advised to continue on your current path.

In the same breath, TRT might be an option to improve your life, but right now, it's too early too tell and too few labs to go on. Give your body some time.
