    Hot Flashes

I tend to get hot flashes in the evening time around 5pm and last for a few hours. I've taken my temp a few times it only goes up a little, not enough to be a fever, I tend to run on the low side of body temps anyways.

I was wondering if anyone else has had similar symptoms like this?

    Thanks!!

LOL it's funny how many post you read like this where most ALL the critical information is missing.

    Lets start with Stats
    Height
    weight
    body fat
    diet
    TRT/HRT
    cycle?

How long has this been happening?
Has it happened to you in the past? Were you on HRT/TRT then?
Have you started taking anything new such as supplements?
    protein drinks?
    Medications?

I've been on TRT for a little over a year. I take 200mg of cyp every 2 weeks. Switching to 100mg every week starting in December. I would say it's been happening for 3 or 4 months. No new supplements. No new medications.

It doesn't happen every evening, but I can feel an increase in temperature when it happens and it will cause me to sweat most of the time.

It's normal. I started getting hot flashes for a while also. Lasted about a year. I dont remember them from the beginning but about 6 months - 1year in.

You might want to check your E2 though, that can have a lot to do with it. I use to have night sweats for about 1 year. It's been well over a year or almost 2 since I have had any.

I was thinking it was hormonal, wanted to be sure. My last b/w in August had my range at Estradiol, Sensitive 30 pg/ml 3 - 70 Range.

I'm looking forward to being less sweaty!! Thanks for the follow-up! Best of Luck!!
