What was your SHBG in the past?

Overall, things look really good. I believe you're pretty active (avatar) so I am figuring you probably worked out and that could very well be why your creatinine is elevated. Generally, it's advised not to workout for a couple days before some blood work. I make it easy and just avoid working out altogether. (lol, just joking)

Personally, I wouldn't drop the D3 until I knew the D3 levels. I would take things from there, but how much d3 do you take daily?

How are you feeling overall? How about compared to 6-8 weeks ago before you made changes (if you did)?

All in all, id be pretty happy with those numbers. Obviously you want that E2 a little higher and the DHEA could come down to be in range, but it seems like things are looking pretty damn good on paper.

Hey Bass looks good. Creatinine levels are fine. Most power sportsmen walk around with much higher levels than that. I tend to average in the 1.40's on every blood work. Just curious, how would you say your strength, recovery and ability to put on muscle compares to when you were at higher Test Cyp doses + the additional compounds that you were once on? I don't know if you cater your weight training to strength gains alone, but was curious.

The only thing that I know that raises SHGB is cytomel and I don't think stopping vit D-3 would have an effect on it whatsoever. I would keep taking it.

Yes, D3 can lower SHBG. Cytomel will raise it but does anyone really want to take that route unless absolutely necessary?

Bass I think all looks good knowing your history and HRT pretty much nailed it. Question, why did you double up on the DHEA initially.

thanks HRT! yes my creatinine always been high, even higher before TRT, and my GFR was always less than 60 but after TRT its always been above 60, so all in all TRT helped my kidney function. yes you are correct, workout almost daily and take a minimum of 1 mg protein per oner pound of body weight. i am feeling the same really, i don't notice much difference with higher levels except for my hormones all go out of whack with higher levels. as for vit. D i take 10,000 ius daily, and my levels hover at about 85-90 on scale of 30-100.

Thank you API, yes as i mentioned above my kidney in fact is much healthier with TRT than before TRT, so i am not worry about it at all. when i went to a kidney specialist he took one look at me and said you're too muscular, thats why your creatinine is high, he also said that based on my GFR being a little low my kidneys are about 80% functional and i have nothing to worry about. strength is the same, recovery however takes a little longer, on higher dose i recover the next day, with lower about 2-3 days! of course other compounds had their benefits for muscle growth, strength and recovery but they made me feel like shit! so i am happy that i found my sweet spot.

Thank you Kel, on the bottle it says take 1 to 2 capsules a day, so i took the higher dose since my DHEA was in the tank. but now i'll back off and take one ed. LEF stuff is real, my BW proves it. thank you GDevine for recommending it!

thanks again everyone one for chiming in.
