    1. E2 "sensitive" test (was not done in first BW) Get it done. Labcorp test #140244 CPT code 82670. Take them with you.
    2. injections insted of gel Majority prefer them but it's subjective and based on how you feel and your BW.
    3. hcg is important for TRT Big yes. Read the sticky by GD.
    4. vitamin D level was low (on the in range side) Rather it be on high side than low side. D3 5K a day and retest next time
    5. my right nipple swollen and sore?????? Need to know your E2 level or stop playing with it! Ha.
    6. my marble sack shrunk on me and feel sore Need the hcg. If doc is hesitant advise her it's right on most HCG package inserts for Hypogonadic Hypogonadism. If she still refuses ask her how'd she feel if her tits started shrinking?

Test for DHEA-S and pregnenolone as well.

Let us know how you make out.

Definitely bring up the nipple issue because that is a hallmark sign of elevated E2. Specify the sensitive assay, but don't demand they don't run the other assay. It might be what the doctor always uses and so what if they do it again as long as you get the sensitive assay.

If you want injections instead of gel then talk about it... I'm not sure what you're asking of us here. gels work well for many people though and unless there is a specific reason you cannot use them then it's worth trialing them.

Again, just ask about the vitamin D. What does she have to say? You can ask what her thoughts are on taking d3 supplements.

Your nuts will shrink on TRT but if you're not taking super aggressive doses, it's usually not that so profound. If fertility is important, that's another concern.

HCG has a bad rap in many doctors offices because of the whole diet craze people and offices who were misusing the stuff. If she doesn't want to touch it, I wouldn't push it. Whether or not it helps your well being is no guarantee anyways.

There are other important things to address such as thyroid, adrenal hormones, nutrition, lifestyle, etc etc etc....

One needs to remember that by introducing exogenous Testosterone we're putting men into Secondary Hypogonadism and thus HPTA suppression. Without the introduction of HCG to keep the testicles functioning properly there will be testicle atrophy as you'd expect in any secondary condition.

What a difference it makes when you go into the Drs. office with a little knowledge my new Male Dr. admitted that he was not up to dat on TRT protocol 100% buy he did take my advice (Paragraphs that i cut and pasted then printed) wich he read and agreed to. He really was shocked to read about Sensitive Assay E2 test for males. He was gonna give me the regular E2 test until i gave him a copy of that. So BW was done should have results in a few day and will post them. The only thing he still wasnt 100% with was the HCG so i did what i had to do and droped pants and said explain this then!!!?? So he said he would research HCG and TRT therapy and go over it with the BW results.

Now just need to get BF% down from 30%

You have a secure, openminded Dr. Mine knows everything about everything, and I approached him in a humble manner, describing my testicle shinkage and pain, showing him what I learned thru research about HGC, He looked at it, said its for diets, for people like Lance Armstrong to "dope" their blood and I didn't need it. End of story. So, found a work around from some good advice here.
