HRT/TRT NYC area

I would like to look into possible TRT. There are many anti aging clinics in NYC but checking their addresses (Park Ave, Central Park South) I imagine that they are very expensive. If anyone knows of a doc that fits our needs and is reasonable or accepts insurance (United Healthcare PPO) I would appreciate. My age is 47 at the time. I do not mind traveling up to 20 miles so outer boroughs or some areas of NJ will work for me.

I read stickies and called a few doc from a4m website however have had no luck finding a doc. Actually a couple I called when I asked about TRT the person did not know what that is. Wonder how they get on the a4m website directory.
