    BLOOD WORK RESULTS (Please Advise)

    OK so I copied Kel's blood panel sticky and gave it to my doctor. He promised to order everything but as you can see he did not.

    I have been feeling like sh!t for years and decided to get a complete blood workup. As you can see my testosterone levels are actually pretty good for an old man like me. But there is always room for improvement and any advice you guys have, please share.

    My diet is terrible, fast food almost every day. I will list my stats below...

    very nice results, and if you can lower your e2 (BTW its not a sensitive assay), SHBG and raise your vit. D and and DHEA you will increase your test level allot higher!

    Thanks for the reply bass,

    I requested the sensitive assay verbally and in writing with my doctor but this guy is clueless, or just does not care. I have been reading this forum and have decided to add 5000iu D3 and 500mg Pregnenolone and DHEA daily. Does that seem about right?

    Would supplementing with DIM lower my E2?

    Oh and I could not find how to lower my SHBG, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm not expert here but based on the limited amount of research I've done in the HRT section, you may be overshooting the Pregnenolone supplementation. Perhaps 50-200mg might be a more realistic starting point and 75-100mg for the DHEA. Check out the very first sticky at the top of the HRT forum. Good luck and welcome!

    Yea you're right, I typed one too many zero's... I am supplementing with 50mg each.

    No Dave, I decided to go with my family doc since my insurance covers it all.
