Estrogen (95) range -40-115pg/ml
Test free (12.5) range- 9.3-26.5 pg/ml
Test total test (330) range -241-827 ng/dl
I'm 28yo, 6'0 232 I have always felt like I have had low libido so I wanted to get tested also have always had a small case of gyno! Now I'm not sure how to take these results the doc said they were within the limits and I didn't look like a had big boobs so he said I shouldn't worry but it is a issue to me, it seems I have high estergen , and low test , what so y'all think?

Estrogen (95) range -40-115pg/ml
I am going to assume this was not a "sensitive" assay. Nevertheless, it's very elevated when you consider the optimal range is in the 20's. All that Estrogen is being synsthized by aromataze from Testosterone.
Test free (12.5) range- 9.3-26.5 pg/ml
For a 28yo you might as well be dead...this is what a man about 90 looks like. Much of this is being converted into your estrogen above.
Test total test (330) range -241-827 ng/dl
Damn near clinically low.
You ARE Hypogonadal by all accounts and you need more tests to determine why an otherwise healthy 28yo man has serum levels like that of a 90yo and way to high E2.
You need to find another Physician who knows how to diagnose you correctly, this can be caused by anything from cancer, tumors, pituitary and thyroid conditions just to name a few.
You need the proper care...seriously.

If you don't have any straightforward disease such as a pituitary or testes malfunction, then you may very well find good results by improving your nutrition and lifestyle.
Are your numbers low? Sure. Are they abysmal? Well, you could be far worse off... (I was, lol)
I'd be wanting to run some additional tests on myself if I had those numbers including the sex hormones, thyroid, prolactin, and various vitamins and minerals. If you have insurance, all of these should be covered and can really help you put the piece of the puzzle together.
I'm going to guess you're also a bit overweight with bodyfat. Lowering bodyfat is a very, very effective way to lower your aromatase, and thus improve your testosterone and lower estradiol. This is in addition to the host of other positive effects of losing fat.
Our modern diets really are poor by-and-large. It's probably too easy to get phytoestrogens and endocrine disruptors in our current food supply. You've got to actively fight against this.

Yea I am going to try and see a specialist about this, my body fat is 16-17%, I eat very healty high protein, low carb, lot of green leafy veggies, broccoli , Brussel sprouts., exc. a lot of chicken, fish, lean meats, I have been eating like this for the past 10 months and it has helped me a lot, with working out 5-6 days a week( p90,insanity) I have went from 287-232 from 26% bf- 16%, but I have hit a plateau the last 3 months, what kind of doctor would be the best for me to see?

Excellent!
Find a specialist who understands these things; you'd be surprised how many Endos do not.
Find one who specializes in hormones for men.
Please keep us updated - in this post - on your continuing outcome...we're interested.

PS. Start reading about hormone's for men. There are number of good books out there that will educate you. Look for Nelson Vergel titled :Testosterone: A Mans Guide you can get it on Amazon...it's a good start for you. You need to be educated as you progress through this discovery process.Last edited by steroid.com 1; 12-02-2012 at 11:48 PM.
