I guess the OP was serious when he said he was gone since he has not posted since.

Poor guy maybe his E2 really was out of whack because he seemed to take it pretty hard and started the thread as if the sky was falling saying everyone was affected but couldn't take the truth when it was only him.

He escalated quickly and I feel bad that it sent him over the edge.

Having said that, it didn't seem like something that SHOULD send him over the edge.

Thats what I was thinking, no big deal being wrong and you would think he would be happy to know he was wrong so he could look into an alternative way of getting his test

He seemed to take things a little too personally

I agree and can relate, that's why I was trying to tell him it's bs and he needs to find someplace else to get his test.

So I had a quick question about refilling my prescription for the first time. My script is for Testosterone Enanthate 200 mg/mL 5 mL vial. It says I get 5 refills before 6/28/2013.

My first vial I got on 12/28/2012, so basically, I am assuming that I can get one vial per month? I ask this because I noticed on the box it said that "most insurance allow refill on or after 2/25/2013". So will I still be able to get my one vial per month, even If i have to pay full price? Basically, I want to make sure that I am able to fill all my refills, whatever that takes.

Welcome back OP and glad to hear things are working out. We all go through hard times and you just have to look ahead.

Booku just put it on auto refill and see what happens. I have had no problem refilling mine for the last couple of years every month.

Hey Rebelstate............. NC here...........thought Id chim in on your OP Im a TRT guy (3years) on 200mg cyp ew I was getting a 10 mil vial every 2 months but then my insursance would only pay for 30 day supply. That being the case, Walgreens started giving 4 1mil vials (thats real cost effective) I think ok np Then a month ago.....poof nobody has test............ Walgreen says all test is on backorder.... Im like WTF... Even my neighbor is calling all over NC and SC looking for his script. I get in contact with a mom and pop pharm I use to use and their like test? np we have plenty......just not in 1 mil vials..... sooooooooooooooo they switch me to enthante in 5 mil vials and now I have script plus extra cc each month............. Stuoid Walgreens............. Find a good mom and pop pharm...... They will work with ya

BTW Glad things are better now.................. been there, done that..............have T-Shirt!

    Viral meningitis

The whole bacteria infection was about bacterial meningitis and it had to do with epi dural steroid injections that have absolutely nothing to do with testosterone HRT or TRT.

methylprednisolone acetate is more of an anti inflammatory type steroid and has nothing to do with a.a.s steroids.
FYI...I believe the situation revolved around 'Viral Meningitis' not 'Bacterial Meningitis' infections. There is a BIG difference. Bacterial meningitis can spread through a person's spinal fluid and into the covering of the brain (the meninges) very quickly and can kill or seriously injure a person for life if they survive. The infection, in some circumstances, depending on the type of bacteria, can also be contageous. If you read some of the stories in the news, the victims of this viral meningitis infection got the injection and the symptoms didn't appear for awhile in some cases (30 to 45 days after). Bacterial meningitis can kill in 24 to 72 hours. How do I know this? Last May, my 12 year old daughter came home with a fever one day that looked like a common cold. We watched her closely but her symptoms were not atypical. On the 3rd day, she started getting bad headaches. I called our family doctor early in the morning and got the answering machine several times then when I could not get through I called our hemotologist and he said bring her into the ER. So I did, thinking she had strep throat. It turns out it was not strep throat but was bacterial meningitis instead. She was getting worse very quickly. After 2 to 3 hours in the ER she had a full blown meningitis infection. I thought she just had a cold but it turns out she was fighting for her life. If I had waited to get through to the family doctor and make an appointment later in the morning instead of the hemotologist...... she would either not be walking on this earth right now or be severly mentally and physically damaged. The good news is: she lived through the infection and did not suffer any brain damage. The bad news is: she is totally deaf in both ears. But the good news is both my wife and I were teachers of the deaf! So she is alive and well and we are happy to have her in this world with us!

    Regards,

    Wifor

Sorry to hear about your daughter. I'm glad to hear she pulled through. Any chance on her regaining her hearing?

Oh, she is doing really well! She had 2 Cochlear Implants (tiny electrodes implanted into her inner ear) put in and actually can hear quite a bit considering the extent of her hearing loss. She really is in the right family as my wife is a sign language interpreter and we are both former teachers of the deaf. I can handle deafness...it's the bacterial meningitis that is scary!

    Good to hear.
Dont expect this to be the last outbreak like this. I suspect it will only get worse. This is one reason I wont go in for flu shots or anything I dont have to.

I have an ex GF who almost died from Meningitis. Her brother's GF did die when she was 20 from meningitis long time ago. I have a co worker whos wife was affected by this last go around a few months ago also and was very sick. Nasty stuff.
