    estradiol too low...please help!

My estradiol is a 4! Labcorp range 3-70.

I have stopped taking ai ...was taking .25mg twice a week. Can't believe in less than a month it went from 45 to 4.

    Any recommendation to raise level?
Should i raise test level for a month?

Start taking twice the recommended dosage of Flax Seed Oil as it's an estrogen mimic and will help raise your levels.

Also, throw in some Soy as well.

Finally, kick your Testosterone dosage up for a few weeks...remember, E follows T.

    It will rebound.

Bet you have some crappy side effects as well.

    Will try all of that.
Do you know how long it will take to rebound? I plan to retest in a month.

My total and free T also went down...could this be attributed to my E tanking?

    I am doing 50mg t-cyp twice a week, sub q.

the days before t-cyp I do 250iu hcg

What do you recommend increasing the dose to? I do have extra T available.

Side effects are horrible...paranoid, irritable, lack of energy, don't want to work out, ED issues.
Need to Get this fixed asap.

Well your side effects are in line with suppressed E2...that's why I asked.

I don't usually like telling anyone what to do here as I am a firm believer in Physician prescribed protocols...that being said going to 75 mg per injection is not extreme by any means and it will help if you do that for a few weeks.

I would just let it come back on its own really... it will normalize.

Yes, this is what I would do, but if he wants to get there faster then simply follow GD's advice.

Anyone else notice how often we are seeing this now? Seems a lot of people are over doing the AI and crushing their E2. Although I know I am E2 sensitive since on one test about 2 years ago mine was 295 I make sure to take things SLOW and work up to what feels right. Start with 1/2 the recommended dose or less (just a suggestion) and see how things go/feel. Blood work is always recommended.

I took some liquid Stane a few weeks ago and could tell immediately it stomped on my E2. Everything worked find but I lost that normal thinking of sex 99.999% of the time for almost 3 days. No not completely but it sure wasn't the same.

The reason e2 was an issue before because most were doing 200 mgs and up for TRT, but since most here learned that more is not better and reduced to around 100 to 120 e2 is not an issue anymore, and therefore no need for excessive AI!
