New bw, can I avoid Testosterone injections?

Last bw I was low, I started trt and felt awsome after about 5 days and the following 4 weeks. I quit after 3 shots since It was haphazardly given to me without looking for a reason. I was able to get my arse to the gym consistent after but lately feeling sluggish again. I also started supplementing 10k of vit d3 and sublingual b12 going by the results in the 1st BW.

    1st bw:

    Folate 24.8 >=5.9
    b12 384 180-914
    vitd 42 30-100

    SHBG 20 11-80
    T4 Free 1.13 .46-1.31
    Test free 69.4 47.0-244
    Test bioavailiable 170 130-680
    test tot 285 332-896
    TSH 2.62 .34-5.60

2nd after being off TRT 7 weeks at the time of the tests. I could tell she wasn't thrilled to run the tests.

    DHEA 106-464 (266)
    estadiol <=74 (32)
    estradiol 0-56 (42)
    estrogen <136 (113)
    estrone <80 (71)
    FSH 1.3-19.3 (3.2)
    LH 1.2-8.6 (2.9)
    prolactin 3-13 (10)
    SHBG 11-80 (15.4)
    testosterone bioavailable 130-680 (258.1)
    Testosterone tot SO 332-896 (378)

Had a good jump in test, but I do see some of the other levels are low suggesting a pituitary issue?? Some of the estrogens are on the high end?

I did have a child and of course that might lower me some. So question is if I lift more, do heavy weights which I haven't been doing, add dhea and maybe DIM does it seem plausible I could improve more? Perhaps some light hcg or clomid doses?

I have a lot of muscle bulk but also carrying some flab around the gut. She did mark my test as low normal, borderline low so if worst case I could start a more sensible routine. No steriods ever just the 3 injections of test during hrt. I am 37 years old.

    Any input would be great!

What was your injection protocol...trying to understand you post but it looks like the shots were random and not weekly which is standard protocol by trained Physicians.

You estrogen assays are all elevated and needs come down as it's being converted from your bio-available testosterone .

    Your Thyroid looks fine.

She put me on 200mg a week, I did 3 weeks in a row and quit. Was also suggested I do 2 injections a week and hcg , ai, you know the usual smart way of doing things lol.

Been off 8 weeks. I stopped after reading more on this site. From my first post is below.

After years of feeling like crap I had testosterone checked since it was low 4 years ago also. This time is was 285, I was put on 200mg a week. So now I"m reading I probably should be taking hcg , Pregnenolone, dhea, maybe a AI? Kinda feel like this might end up making me worse. Calling the doctor this morning to see if they have even heard of hcg.

Ok, so why did you stop when it appeared you had a well trained Doctor.

You don't need hormone replacement therapy but you should learn about the negative health consequences that can happen to you like Cancer, Cardiovascular disease lose of bone density and on and on...do some reading

Also, to me it's about quality of life; you will not only benefit from a health perspective but you will just feel so much better.

I'm sorry, but it was a untrained doctor who wrote a script and sent me away. HCG ? thats for pregnant women? 200mg a week, probably about double what I should've been on. God forbid I ask for a AI. vit d, vit b12, normal range go home, everything on this set of bw, normal range. Nothing further. I quit 100% because of what I read on this board. I guess I wasn't like the millions being thrown this on the nightly news each night and wanted a actual reason WHY. There is plenty of information on this site it was just nice to get a few of vets feedback, kinda a instant fix if you will. I'll be going over my results as I get time. I already ordered DIM and dhea and plan to modify body composition and diet to cut the estrogen down and hopefully boost the test. More bw in the spring, if I'm still in the lower range of normal I think I will start up once I have a good trt doctor so it can be done right.

In my prep for a proper trt I obtained some liquid stane, with my estrogen levels would it be something to consider taking a mild low dose to knock it down somewhat?

Your OP was lacking a lot of information and was written poorly that's why I was confused.

When you stopped did you do any re-start protocol?

Even with the low androgen levels that you had you were still producing something and you most likely needed to be re-started.

You simply need the right Doctor and putting it off with things like DIM and DHEA is not going to do it for you unfortunately.

Find that good TRT Doc now; read kel's sticky.

It's time to something good for you my friend.

Let me know how I can help you if needed.

Thanks, I did use the link and searched the area. There are a few candidates. I'll start interviewing to see what they do and do not do.

When I stopped the input I got was such a short run no pct was needed. I did have clomid etc on hand just in case.

I'll do what I can until I find a good trt doctor.
