ID:	130255Hello guys,
I just got back from my Endocrinologists office and she prescribed Fortesta for 4 weeks. After that i am going to go in for blood work to test the testosterone and estradol levels. She said she doesn't want to start me on any AI until estradol levels are checked again in 4 weeks. After canceling out all other causes(174 pages of records/files) she is going to do a karotype test to cancel out genetic diseases like klinefelter's. She says she thinks the cause of my low T is because the pituitary is not sending the correct signals to the testie to make testosterone.

My question: Is Fortesta a good trt cream? What do you make of the protocol does it seem comprehensive? How long till i feel like a man again?

Also, im 24 year old male.
    Thanks in advance,

Fortesta is just one of the brand name drugs for a transdermal application.

Transdermals can be effective in some men and not in others...sort of hit and miss...but they do work.

I like her approach, waiting on the AI is exactly what she should do.

What does worry me is this: "he says she thinks the cause of my low T is because the pituitary is not sending the correct signals to the testie to make testosterone ".

Simple blood work would have told her what's going on.

Can you post your blood work with ranges if you have it? If not, call the Doc's office and ask them to email it to you as you have legal rights to it.

Tell us more about yourself...like everything medical, life style, training, body weight, drug use...you get it.

I take Vitamin d3 4000 iu a day, prozac 20mg, xanex .25(forgot units). I had really bad side effect from being misdiagnosed as hypothyroid and was given 75cmg of levothyroixine so i have been home these last couple of months. I don't exercise much. I weight 220lbs and am 6ft tall.

I recently checked myself into a hospital and they did alot of tests to find the cause of the low t. Im talking about every test under the sun. Here are some ,4 blood tests, 3 urine tests, Chest X-ray, Heart Ultrasound, Parathyroid Ultrasound, Testicular Ultrasound, Testicular Vericoles check, and 2 head MRIs(with and without injection). I was recently released from the hospital so i dont have thoes records yet but i should be receiving all 174 pages in the mail but they were all negative :/. The labs at the top are from UCLA medical center.

Approximately how long should it take till i feel better with the cream?

Transdermals act very fast and in the matter of days you may feel some positive effects assuming you absorb well.

Like I said, TD's are hit and miss and men usually end up injecting for the most part.

Post your labs when you get them the boys will jump in.
