    Should I add HGH to my HRT?

    I'm going to be starting HRT next week once my lab results are examined. One of the upgrades they offer is synthetic HGH and I was curious if it's worth looking into? I'm a 36 year old that trains MMA and not looking to fight but I just want to train hard and more frequently while getting stronger and being able to recover quicker.

    Any thoughts?
