    Thyroid Bloodwork

    Had non-fasting B/W done:

    TSH 2.090 uIU/mL 0.450 - 4,500

    Thyroxine (T4) 5.8 ug/dL 4.5 - 12.0

    T3 Uptake 37% 24 - 39

    Free Thyroxine Index 2.1 1.2 - 4.9

    Triiodothronine (T3) 93ng/dL 71 - 180

    Thoughts? Thanks!!!

    TSH is fine.

    Thyroxine (T4) 5.8 ug/dL 4.5 - 12.0
Would have liked to have seen Free T4 but this will do. We like to see this at the upper part of the reference range but it's ok at 5.8 but keep an eye on it.

Same here, Free would have been better but 37 is SWEET. T3 is the bioavailable form of Thyroxine and this is what you want to see!

    Free Thyroxine Index 2.1 1.2 - 4.9
    This is fine.

    Triiodothronine (T3) 93ng/dL 71 - 180
Tad low but not a concern.

    Thoughts? Thanks!!!
    Did you get Reverse T3?

I don't see any thyroid issues whatsoever.
