    Supplements and TRT

    I take a lot of supplements. Trying to cut back and make sure I'm getting the most bang for my buck.


    I'm curious what supplements people take to help support their Testosterone and overall health?

    I hear you bro, in the same boat. I do know DHEA, fish/krill oil, multi, is a part of my program. Between the shots, I need to cut back on the other stuff too

    L-Glutamine
    GABA
    Vitamin C
    Glucosamine
    Calcium
    Digestive Enzymes

    Most of the supplements I take are in hopes of giving myself more Energy and Lower Bodyfat, without taking stimulants that make my heart race.

    Only takes what you need. It's easy to go over board and waste money with supplements.

    Yea, I am cutting back a lot on what I take as well.

    Key for me are:

    Top line multi/mineral
    D3
    Fish Oil
    Zinc
    Resveratrol
    Calcium
    B Complex
    L-Arginine
    BCAA
    Creatine

    I personally take 100mg of Pregnenolone in the morning and 25mg of DHEA AM and PM. Have had no problems.

    I did get my DHEA levels tested a few months back and it was above normal. I will get it checked again after the first of the year and decide what to do then.

    I forgot to add Creatine to my list. I added that back in two weeks ago. I've found it does help with recovery and I am able to lift heavier since I started taking it again.

    I am going to work my way down to your list GDEVINE. I normally try something for 2 to 3 months and if I don't see any benefit, I stop using it.

    I did stop taking CLA a couple months ago because I didn't think it was working, but I have noticed an increase in Bulkiness since I stopped taking it so I May give it another go.


    What brand Multi do you take GDEVINE?
