    Newbi Question...

    Okay here we go...work out alot and want to supplement my work out with....joints sore and sluggish....would like to lose fat while building muscle...almost like a hormone replacement therapy treatment....I am over 40 and 6.0 255 with a noticable belly...what can i take....have tried clen before but had to cycle off...and on....was looking for something long term that is safe and would see results...

    Any suggestions.....thanks...

    Can you repost this in our Anabolic Q&A section instead of the HRT section. Sounds like you are looking for cycle advice and the Q&A section will get you more traffic and responses.

    Members will ask for more details about your stats and cycle experience. Be advised that if your bf% is greater than 15%, you'll be advised to being that down before a cycle to reduce your risks.

    actually what he needs is a good diet! head to the diet section for advice.

    diet is perfect and on T when doing it...6-8 meals aday with protein and carbs...

    Animal Flex works well for joints- at least for me. I'm not sure how you have a noticeable belly if you are eating as clean as you claim and are as active as you should be for your diet. Not knocking you; but may want to revisit your diet and routine before you take anything else.
