BTW my starting numbers were below, and these were all the numbers I had when I started.

Testosterone Serum 323L ng/dl
Testosterone Free 6.69 ng/dl
% Free Testosterone 2.07%

I have been on a compounding cream of 65 mg test and some progesterone daily plus 100iu HCG daily.

I actually feel better, my gym numbers are up for the first time in years and put on some solid muscle.

My next idea is that I need much more than cream but I was thinking of trying a restart of clomid/HCG for 1 month retest then go 1 more month and retest. If I can get my numbers above 600 doing that and feel good then great if they hover around 400 or lower try sub q test plus hcg. My only concern is my ultra low HDL levels and not being able to bet my test up on restart because of it. I am eating more fat but my cholesterol hasn't moved any. Am I on the right track?

Damn this way too low. You must have a ton of negative side effects. Are you taking an AI?

Clearly your either not absorbing well or you need to increase your dosages. The percent free is the only decent panel here.

Not that much of a difference as you can see. Yes, you're a bit better than when you started but not what a good TRT protocol should do.

I think you need to increase your dosage and see what happens. My guess is you don't absorb well and you will need to go with injections...we see it all the time.

I'd stay away from the clomid till you see the results from increasing your dosage first...but that's just me

Hey Gdevine, sides no. What kind of sides were you thinking? I am having trouble ejaculating, good boner but cant always finish. Kind of important right now. Like I say I feel much better then before, but then again I felt terrible before. If this is how I feel at 400 cant wait to hit 700-800.

One reason I am thinking about clomid/hcg is because me and wife are trying for kids. My sperm is still good and I want to keep it that way if possible. Besides the idea of 700-800 test levels without test seems really nice. BTW do u think my low cholesterol is a problem?

Agree with GD's assessment! Op, did you see this video posted here the other day? Basically you've shut your HPTA down, went on a cream only to be brought back to basically the same level. You can do better and deserve better.

E2 needs to be higher and fast.

Yeah I even posted on it. I am going to shoot for 700-800, just not sure yet on best way to do it while keeping my sperm good. Clomid/HCG restart or sub q test/hcg. I'm betting that clomid/hcg won't work but I feel I at least need to try it.

I was just thinking if my e levels are in fact way too low clomid may be the worst thing I can take? It is in fact a anti estrogen correct?

I am also reading that clomid can actually increase test and estrogen. Very confused

OK just got back from Doc and after talking her into trying clomid she gave me 3 scripts to try. The first is clomid at 25 mg eod, she was leery. She never prescribes clomid even for women because of ovarian cancer risks but she listens to me and agreed that it was worth a try. She calls is synthetic progesterone. If it works and gets my levels to 650 or more and straightens out my low estradiol levels then great. If not and the sides turn me into a women then she gave me 2 other scripts and am to try one or the other.

The first option is to increase my topical cream of 65 mg test/progesterone to a gel of 200 mg test/.5 mg estradiol/8 mg progesterone.

The 2nd is a sublingual pill/pellet of 200 mg test/.5 estradiol/8 mg progesterone.

Anybody use sublingual? This seems very interesting to me. My local compounding pharmacist says he can do either, he already does my cream.

My Doc says its refreshing talking to someone as interested in this as she is. She said she has some juice heads in there with lest levels over 2,000 wanting her to keep them safe, and she is like I cant keep them safe there levels are off the ****ing charts. I told her just being normal would be like being on steroids to me.
