    reconstituting hcg

    what is the preffered way to reconstitute hcg ?
    1. the sticky here says 2ml water in 5000iu's. so you pin 10 units for 250iu.
    2. crisler's site says 5ml water in 5000iu's and pin 25 units for 250iu.
    does any one have a preference and why?
    the first is more consintrated with more waste in the pin.
    the second is more deluted but pinning more water.
    what do you guys think???

    Both work fine.

    I like to use as little as possible of any substance that will effectively do the job it is intended to do. 2ml for me

    I personally mix 10mL with 10,000iu and extract 25 units (250iu) per injection for my 60 day supply. Basically option 2 but double quantity to carry me through 60 days at a time since I inject twice per week. I've never tried it any other way so it's just what I'm comfortable with and used to keeping track of.
