    I have been using metagenics supplements for a while now collagenics to help with ligaments and more, but found them to be expensive, i switch to vitacost brand and it cost me pennies from what i used to pay. I am not on TRT either but i live in Canada and we get that awful cold winter zero sunshine, i started taking 5000IU of D3 and from what i am reading might bump it to 10000IU and see how it goes.
