Question What Nutrients and Minerals Diminish with Low T and High E2?

I assume Vit D3 does, but what else? B12, Zinc, etc?

I'm asking because I have noticed as my total and free test has dropped my skin is a more tan tint, and I am a person with naturally very white, reddish skin. The outside of my hands are more pale instead of the usually red, and the palms are kind of orange. Could this be because of a nutrient I'm lacking due to low T and high E2?

I would say the minerals and nutrients go low and THEN the T goes low.

There is a good thread (or a few) about raising testosterone naturally and it includes looking at various vitamins and minerals.

Nutrient dense foods and avoiding modern food as much as possible is, in my opinion, perhaps the most important piece of the puzzle for 99% of us guys here.
