    Bloodwork and suggestions

I got bloodwork done recently, I'd been having some itchy/sore nipples and also needed to get my Test levels checked before my next appointment anyways. Currently on been on Test Cypionate and 1 mg adex/day for about 3 months (gonna ask doc about lowering the adex since some people said it's too much), and 20 mg/day tamoxifen for about a month and a half
I pin every 3 days (.3 mL test cyp, so 60 mg) and this was before my injection on day 3

Testosterone 974 (ref 132 - 813) Since Test cypionate peaks around 48-72 hours I'm assuming this is a pretty good level to peak at?
Prolactin 27.5 (ref 2.5 - 17.0) - might ask about some low dose dostinex to bring this down a bit which might help with the itchy and sore nipples?
Estradiol 15 (ref 6 - 66) - pretty okay level, might want it a bit higher

I plan on asking the doc when I see him in a week or so about low dose Dostinex for the prolactin, and HCG for overall health (since I do the test twice a week from what I read on the HCG sticky I should shoot for doing 250 on M/W/F).

Does that sound like a good plan? I'm figuring the HCG will bump up my estro a bit which would put me at ~20-30 which is right where I want to be.
Everything else in my CBC and bloodwork was in the right ranges, so it seems like my body is responding well to it.

    Anything I'm missing?

Hi JM. 1mg adex per day is serious overkill. It's basically a breast cancer dosage and you will crash your E2 if you continue. It needs to be cut back severely or eliminated if all possible. Your nipples are tender due to your high prolactin levels. Reduce that with caber. A suggested dosage would be .25mg x 2 per week. Did your doctor find a reason for the high prolactin? Have you had an MRI to check for pituitary abnormalities related to prolactinomas?

Why nolva along with adex? Just for your sensitivity? It's not necessary. Fix your prolactin and your sensitivity should subside.

Your planning to add HCG is great. How it effects your E2 varies by individual.

Your test level looks great btw, but are you pinning T two or three times per week as both are stated above.

Yeah I definitely want to cut down the adex I just wanted the okay from the doctor before doing it myself. And the nolva along with it was for the sensitivity, but the doc hadn't done blood work when he prescribed the nolva (I think he assumed it was estrogen related) so I'm really hoping we can just replace that with dostinex since my E2 is in check already (and nolva's side effects are annoying)

I'm injecting every 3 days, which is ~2 times a week
I did run out of my vial earlier than I was supposed to, I can account for ~3 of the doses but I still should have had a good week or 2 of injections when my bottle ran out, which has me stumped since I know I'm measuring correctly

Make sure your next E2 test is a sensitive assay. Not sure if the one you had is or is not. Your doc does not understand Adex if he prescribed that dosage. To put it in perspective for you. An adex dosage for someone on a cycle (not TRT) of 500mg test per week is usually around .25mg every other day. So, do the math on that one! You will not enjoy crashing your E and I guarantee it will happen on that dosage.
