19 YO And LOW TEST FREE

Hey, I'm 19 years old I just recieve my blood test and the result did and didnt surprise me...

I was suppecting my test to be low because I trained hard for the last 4 years and the result were not as high as I expected...

Everything is fine my hdl panel is very good nothing strange until we reach the hormone panel...

Fsh: 3.8UI/L ref: 1.5-10.6 ( a bit low but it do not worry me...)
LH: 6.8UI/L ref: 1.7-8.6 (high enough no problem with it...)
Test total: 26nmol/L ref: 10-30 (very high I'm 19 YO, looks normal)
    Thats were it become strange...
Test free: 370pmol/L ref: 223-915 (very low for my age...)
SHBG: 68.1nmol/L ref: 12-46 ( I bust the maximum on that...)
(I asked my estradiol and prolactin they didnt do it ( screw my doctor...))

Since my test is on normal range(their range sucks...) they just said everything was perfect...

One of my trusted(by trusted I mean I trust him to know lot on the subject) friends says that if my test free is low it's because of my SHBG.
I started to take some supplement to take care of it but I don't have great fate in it...

I have plenty of testosterone but I'm so ****ing low on free test it piss me off ... At 19 YO I should not be this low...

I read that increasing insuling like growth factor + lowering oestrogen could help lower the SHBG(I also suspect my estradiol to be a bit high(a bit of water retention and slight mood change)
So if this is right. I could take IGF-1 LR3 + an AI(the least damageable on hdl/ldl) at low dose. to try to fix this...
Of course for the AI I'll wait for my next blood test if my estradiol is high but still if could be an option.

What do you think of all of this? Thanks

Your friend is correct; SHBG will bind to your testosterone making it useless.

Albumin does the same thing but the bond is not as strong and it eventually become bioavailable.

Would have like to seen your E2 assay.

    Any past aas use?

Nerver used any AAS unfortunaly I asked for E2 and I didnt get it... we will have to do with it for now I'll take another blood test in 1 month and a half when I'll be done with a little protocol of suplement(like I said I don't really trust it...) and this time I'll insist more on E2.

I was talking about AI In case my estradiol is high. but idk it yet. However IGF-1 still seems a good option.

Start taking Vit D3 as it will help to suppress your shbg and thus allow more free T as well. Also look into Stinging Nettle Root and/or avenocosides.

D3 is actually a hormone and is in every cell in your body. Arguably the most important supplement you can take. No doubt you are low as most everyone is. Consider starting around 5K IU's per day taken with a large meal as it is fat soluble. Be sure you test your 25 Hydroxy on your next BW.

5K is a start. BW will tell you if enough. Use caution with T boosters as often times than can be suppressive of your natural T production and give you the opposite result.

Now I want to know... does IGF-1 lr3 could help me lower my SHGB and with that raise my Test free... I know that vit D and other thing could and will probably HELP me. But I would rather be (almost) sure than just hope it to work... I don't want to see in 2 month that it decrease of 15% and my test increase of 10%. I want to see my shgb drop of 70% and my free test raise up to 80%... I don't have trust in supplement to work that hard... some supplement works, but slowly. Plus, IGF-1 have some great other effect

I'm not saying that I'll begin the IGF tomorrow, I'll wait to see my next BW but if it doesn't change enough to please me I would like to have another solution.

I have mid level total test and very low free test as well. I'd like to know what could help me raise my free test as well without going on trt.

I've never had the need to research IGF-1 LR3. Vit D WILL help to lower shbg and raise free T. It is not a maybe! Also take a look at prescription Danazol to lower shbg. Not my first choice but Crisler will prescribe it when needed.
