    BF % Update

    My girl purchased a 9 point BF Caliper and the results were surprisingly good for me - 6.78 a personal record!

    So you were surprised. Do you think the calipers are accurate? I personally think callipers are a terrible way of measuring BF simply b/c everybody carries BF a little differently.

    I was shocked at that reading actually thought I was at 10 but there is a factor for error of 2%.

    I prefer the callipers over the Bioelectrical impedance analysis.

    i took two measurements with the bio tools and I was higher than I thought.

    Callipers take into account where you literally have almost zero fat. My lower calf and tris have nothing - my girl could barely get the callipers to grab. My midsection on the other hand never gets lean and the kidney area measurement was way high but to me that's accurate.

    We are going to measure again soon so I'll post up more results and our thoughts. My girl came in at 9.5% and like me - she had some really low measurements but was higher in others.

    Based on those pics I would put myself more into the 9% area.
