Anyone sick ????
I herd along time ago that while you are running gear you are more likely to get a cold/flu/sinus infection and not be able to be rid of it ??
Any truth ?
I got a cold and sinus infection 3 weeks ago and after 12 days of antibiotics I was better. I had 3 good lifts and Xmas came and wen now I'm sick again.
WTF. please help

This sucks. I haven't been this since I was a little kid. Usually 2-3 days I'm back in business.

I always thought that more testosterone would be the best health care aid in itself. So I would think the opposite. With cycles/TRT and higher test levels, your body should be able to fight off the average cold easier than normal.

Don't want to jinx myself, but I've been dosing vitamin c at around 3g's per day for the past year or so, and haven't been sick once. Usually when my daughter starts the new school year, the bug starts going around. Get sick a couple times a year. Been on TRT since may as well. For me I think it's the supplementation plus washing my hands regularly, that keeps me healthy.

I believe trt has also kept me from getting sick along with Vit C 1500mgs + a day and washing my hands more often.
My kids always leave those fruit smelling hand sanitize gels in my car so I use those as well at times!lol

Vitamin C is also known to help keep cortisol levels down. I have read here and there in the past. If I had an article or two at hand I'd post it up.

Funny, after one week on TRT, I got a bad cough, cold, ect. I was angry because I wouldn't be able to feel any of the changes that I had been reading about because I felt so crappy. Well I guess I can start feeling them now unless anything feels better than being sick

Starting to feel a little better. I went and got 1000mg tabs of vitamin C. I'm going to take 2000mg of vitamin C till this cold is gone. Then stay on 1000mg ED.

I've been on TRT for about 9 weeks now & have caught two colds. I was thinking the same thing that my immune system maybe out of whack with my hormones adjusting to the TRT.....
