Cool Trt - blast and cruise question or ideas

    Stats
    32 Age
    6'2"
    215lbs
    TRT (3months)
    20% BF

Currently doing 200mg of Cyp EW with 1.5 mg of Arimidex EW. Life is good, making nice gains absolutely no side. Life is GREAT. I have never done a blast and cruise before so i thought i would see what you guys think of what im thinking of doing.

400mg of Cyp EW 1-10 Weeks
200mg of EQ EW 1-10 Weeks
    1.5mg of Arimidex EW

Possibly thinking about running a clen cycle right along with it. Im sure some other blast a lot higher then this but I really don't want to experience any types of sides. So I am content with low doses.

    Thoughts, ideas, comments,???

My suggestion would be just the added cyp and nothing else and up it to 12-14 weeks. If your nutrition and training are on point you can make some serious gains just from this. There really is no need to add other items at this point.

    Questions?

You really do 1.5mg of adex per week?
Have you had blood work recently since starting TRT? If so, what is your E2 level?
Twice a week injection protocol or just once?

Curious about the AI as it's a high dose and I'd think over time you may have low E issues, but we are all different. I asked about the BW as you've only been on for 3 months and you really need to not rush this blast and be sure that you are stable with all your levels before taking this leap, IMO.

I would also get the body fat down to 15% or less before starting.

I had BW done last month and E2 was through the roof. Not sure how long it was that high either. I'm going to have more BW in 1/15/13 to see where it is. I actually cut it down to 1.5 EW. My doc wrote a script for 1mg everyday. TOXIC

When do you think it would be a good time to insert something else in ??? 6month a year ??

Thanks for the help buddy !

I think you should have at least a solid year under your belt first, you would be surprised the gains you can make just from being balanced with good nutrition.

I've received the same advise and I think it is good. I too had been cruising along on TRT feeling no sides and thinking about adding anavar . The guys here advised I wait a while. Since then my blood work came back with high estrogen and I had to start AI drug (in addition to HCG and Test-cypionate ). I'm starting my 8th month of TRT. I think it is wise to give it a year (at least) to make sure you are completely leveled out and adapted to your full TRT protocol.

For what it may be worth... I've averaged 120mg weekly of test-cypionate and have noticed a good amount of improved body composition. At 200 you should be seeing awesome improvements! I've been dialing in the diet this past month and shedding a little extra body fat, and the muscle I have is popping a little more. Maximizing what I have and staying safe before adding more drugs. Phase two for me (after I feel confident I have stabilized on my current TRT protocol) will be to follow the predominant advice on the forum for first-time cyclers and try a 12-week testosterone -only blast (with corresponding increases in AI and HCG doses). See how I handle that. Assuming that goes well without any new complications arising, then "maybe" consider adding a new drug.

Guys like you and me are lucky. We get legal pharmaceutical grade testosterone. A little bit really does go a long way. We need to really dial in our diets and make sure we are bringing proper intensity to our workouts, while our TRT protocols level out. Get the most benefit from the testosterone our bodies are receiving. That s the foundation that will support future supplementation, if necessary.
