Initial Female bloodwork dr wants to do - anything missing?

They are doing a food allergy and gut immunity panel, and the following as an initial blood test - though they said they might order more blood work depending on what they find. Any major gaps below?

    CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel)
    TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
    LIPID PANEL
    VITAMIN D3 25OH
    VITAMIN B12
    DHEAS
    ESTRADIOL
    FERRITIN
    FSH
    LH
    HEMOBLOBIN A1C
    INSULIN
    MAGNESIUM
    PROGESTERONE
    PROLACTIN
    TESTOSTERONE FREE (PANEL)
    FREE T4 (THYROXINE)
    FREE T3 (TRIIODOTHYRONINE)
    HIGH SENSITIVITY C-REACTIVE PROTEIN
    HOMOCYSTEINE
    FOLATE, SERUM

Estriol too....not just Estrodiol since if she gets treatment it will more than likely be a biest cream (combo of both estrogens) so both are important to know for a baseline.

plus T3 and T4 and reverse T3 is you really want to get more info for thyroid. In other words just a TSH does not tell the whole picture if anything is off balance with her thyroid.

Long time no post, but, good news - wife is on board. Too many results to post, so I will focus on the questionable ones.

First, the FSH is 8.0 MUI/ML, and the "normal" range for luteal period is 1.5-7.1 Also, the only tested estradiol and it was 39 PG/ML, "normal" again being 74-212. I realize estrogens are pulsed so maybe this is an anomaly, but they did NOT want to supplement estrogen just yet, they said wait for next labs and visit.

Progesterone - wow - was at 0.7 NG/ML, "normal" range is 1.84-30.2. They have put her on 150mg of Progesterone daily oral.

Thyroid - Free T3 3.0 (2.3 - 4.2 range) Free T4 1.1 (.73-1.95 range), TSH 3.5 (.5-4.7 range). They do not like this, and now that I have read a book on hypothyroidism, it seems this is indeed borderline. They want her to take 1 "grain" of dessicated T3/T4 daily, but are holding off until they have a chance to review her cardiac arrhythmia condition. Obviously, too much thyroid is not good for certain heart conditions. We were bummed because this seemed to be targeting her memory and semi-depression symptoms - we shall see if she gets this in the future.

Vitamin D, 25 OH was 15L, optimal is closer to 100L. Under 20L considered deficient. They gave her some liquid D3 drops, I think taking 10,000 IUs a day.

Vitamin B12 was 420 PG/ML, range is 250-1100, they did not like this and now she is taking 2 multivitamin capsules daily including a B complex from them.

DHEA sulfate was 239UG/DL, range is 39-232. Said likely result of stress, would like to see it come down on next visit.

Homocysteine was 4.7UMOL/L, range is 5-12. Don't remember what they said about this.

Test was 49 (17-76), but did not do ultrasensitive. Nevertheless, based on symptoms they prescribed gel 1/4 gram (1 click) daily of 20mg/ml testosterone cream.

They put her on a vaginal estrogen cream immediately after the first consultation. My understanding is this may have limited systemic effect, primarily localized. EVeryone is different, though. We'll see what the next labs say about it.

I guess we will have to report back in 2-3 months. I really hope she can start taking the thyroid meds. These seem be very powerful for all kinds of things and many of her symptoms are hypothyroid.
