Planning my bloodwork in a week / Private MD Labs........ advice

Coming up on six weeks of my therapy and have seen a lot of people here use Private MD. I was looking on their menu, and saw they have "Male Hormone Testing" for $169 that includes the following:

The Private MD Male Hormone Testing Panel contains the following tests:

Thyroid Profile w/ TSH
Complete Blood Count w/ Differential
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA)
Estradiol Sensitive
Testosterone (Free), Serum With Total
Lipid Profile
Insulin Growth Factor (IGF-1)

Is this all I need at this point? I read Kels sticky about finding a TRT doc and there were a few things missing on the Private MD test that he recommends

I ordered this exact test a month ago. It is a good value. I also added SHBG(very important) and a better thyroid panel. With the discount it cost me $250.
