    Should i start a pct

    have low T due to apnea and bodyfat %(I have already had extensive blood work done). I was wondering if I should start a PCT or over the counter Test Booster to get my production back up while I work on the bodyfat %. My goal is to get down so I can start a cycle of Test Ethanate. Here are my current stats;

    6'0
    230
    20% bodyfat
    AGE 43

    Any thought's or advice on this would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

    You dont appear that fat, and can sleep apnea really affect Test levels that badly? Your Doc advised these are the reasons for your low numbers? If you already have Low T then doing a cycle will do more harm than good. Once finished, you'll likely end up with numbers worse than you started with. Before diving into TRT, your Doc can try and boost your numbers through HCG Therapy, Clomid etc. But these treatments are like farting in the wind for most people. You can always get into shape first & start eating right. That's bound to improve your situation before trying the TRT route...

    On another note you really dont want to mess with test boosters or OTC pro hormones. Honestly I hear/read more people having long term problems from the OTC stuff than AAS. Yeah scary but true.

    You dont want to run a cycle until you get everything else under control and your body fat down a little more. As said just getting in the gym and loosing some weight will boost your natural testosterone . Yes lack of sleep has a large effect on natural test.

    I also agree that jumping on gear now will do more harm than good. You will get 10x more out of it if you wait until you get back into fighting shape. Most of us have been there and it's hard not to jump on the horse but it's a lot more satisfying when you know you have done things right and you reap the rewards.

    Good luck and stick around.
