Thanks for the link. Interview was a bit weak, IMO.

Boy that audio starts out rough! So many um's and uh's... but it got better lol

All in all, I thought it was ok. It's the first time I listened to this guy. I didn't know his name but I knew his face and I knew he was a big commercial success in the media when it comes to hrt.

A few key points I picked up during the interview...

    1. Its not just hormones, exercise and eating clean is critical. hormones alone will only make the patient feel a little better. (Sounds just like my doctor, as well as what many medical experts in the online community say.)
    2. Biggest myth from medical community is that trt causes prostate cancer... reverse is actually true!
    3. If you're on TRT "you need to be followed closely" with bloodwork every 3-4 months... and by a doctor "that knows what he or she is doing."
    4. Diet needs to center around keeping blood sugars low. Sugar is the "21st century tobacco."
    5. He mentions a couple times that he aims for a T of 1,000. (Significantly higher than I've ever heard from any docs.)
    6. Asked what is the #1 advice he could give to a listener right now, he replied:
If the patient is overweight, if they have bodyfat, they need to know their hormone levels, and engage in longterm exercise plan, then become knowledgeable what they should and should not eat.

Yeah at his age his endogenous GH production is probably zero so I could def. see some benefit in adding in some GH.

"I have strong feelings about Human Growth Hormone therapies because I have witnessed remarkable reversals in aging and disease by using it myself".
