need advise on results
I have been on test 1cc a week for a year and 4 months. The last 5 months i have been sluggish tired and just feel like shit im 36 in good health. Can i get some feed back 0n my results thes result were 7 days after my last shot and im on 250 of hcg 2xweek.my dhea is the only one i see low and maybe my GH?

Few things... first of all measuring a single point of GH is not really worth doing. A better, but still far from perfect, estimate for actual GH production is IGF-1. Regardless, you need to ask yourself, is this something I'm going to treat directly? The answer for most people is a definitive "no". It does typically improve from TRT though.
Next, like you said your DHEA is super low. I would start taking micronized DHEA daily with breakfast. 25mg would be a good start IMO, but you could even try less. Be sure to take this with food/fat.
My best recommendation for you is to trial twice a week shots. This will keep your testosterone levels more in the desired range.
Why do you feel like shit? Boy that's the million dollar question! It might not have anything to do with these hormones. Do you eat clean? Elevate your heart rate regularly? Enjoy life, work, family? At this point, with your numbers, I would probably guess the best payoff in terms of feeling better are going to come from areas other than hormones.

Vere - First and foremost tell us everything about yourself like age, life style, medical history, drug history, family history, exercise, body weight...everything.
I don't see an Estradiol Sensitive assay on here and could be one of you issues.
Your TSH levels look good but Free T4 is low; we need to see a complete Thyroid panel including Free T3, Reverse T3 and Thyroid Antibodies.
It appears your Growth Hormone assay is very very low as well.
We need to see the E2 sensitive assay, cortisol assay (rule out adrenal fatigue), progesterone and complete Thyroid.
Read kel's sitcky on finding a TRT Doc, in there you will see the labs you really need to make a complete assessment.
Also, HRT's comments are noted as well.

Hi there,
well, yes, DHEA-S looks low, it is generally a sign of low adrenal function, you have to check on that!
You will need at least a morning cortisol from blood, preferably with DHEA-S again (could always be lab error) and if you can manage and/or pay for it, Transcortin (CBG).
Maybe you had/have adrenal fatigue, but only got treatment for the downstream hormones (Testosterone ) and still living the usual stressful life and now your adrenals are burn out in some way.
E2 high, SHBG slightly elevated.
I'd say it's E2 and cortisol.
Oh, yes and you are hypothyroid, I've got 1.17 on FT4 and that's considered sh*t.
You have most probably very low cortisol, in this case you might consider the 4-times saliva measurement.
GH is best measured from 24h urine, IGF-1 is not indicative, but if you had low FSH before starting TRT, you probably have low GH.

Good luck!
