    Loss of Libido, help!

    Forum friends,

Here is a little bit about me:

5'11", 190 lbs, 10% body fat, work out 5-6 times a week, 26 yrs old, been working out for 10 years now.

    Background and relevant facts:

I have read various posts now about using AAS at a young age and feel like I may have been affected by not using them properly when I was 21 and again when I was 23. When I was 21, I only cycled for 6 weeks (1cc per week) and used sustaplex, I don't think I even used a pct and I know I definately did not use an ai for that cycle. When I was 23 I tried doing another cycle but timing was really bad and I only ended up using it for 2 or 3 weeks (1cc per week). For this cycle I can't recall what I used but I believe it was sustanon . Anyway, for the past 2 years I have been having some problems with keeping an erection for an extended period of time during sex or masturbation and my erection does not feel as strong as it did before but other than that I feel fine. I don't feel lethargic, I don't have b*tch tits, my testicles are normal size, and my ejaculations are normal (not watery). Also, some men say they experience depression due to low natural T levels but I have not felt depressed for the last 2 years; however, im begging to feel depressed because of my poor performance in the bedroom and how it is affecting my relationship with my f*ck buddy. My doctor also said that estrogen should not be out of whack because I have no "feminizing" characteristics (i.e. loss of body or facial hair, in fact my beard has never been thicker) My doctor also said that he thinks its purely psychological and stress can effect the strength of an erection... When I watch Po rn I can ejaculate just fine... i don't know if its just me but if i get distracted or my mind wanders during masterbation or otherwise I tend to lose my hard on. This never used to be the case... i had se x the other day same thing happend, lost my hard on during se x but then got off in the end... I don't know...

That being said, here are the results of my most recent blood work ups:

    1st blood work up:

    Free Test: 125 pg/ml 47-244
    Total Test: 627 ng/dl 300-1080
    Sex Hormone binding Globulin: 32 mmol/L 11-80
    TSH: 1.09 uIU/mL .34-5.6

    Second blood work up:

Test: 445 ng/dl 170- seven hundred eighty (spelled it out since it wont let me type the numbers)
    LH: 7.3 miu/ml. 1.2-8.6
    FSH: 2.6 miu/ml. 1.3-19.3
    Prolactin: 16 ng/ml. 2.6-13.1

The 2nd time around I went to see an Endo. He said that my prolactin is out of the normal range possibly because of the anti depressant I have recently started taking or probably because I'm experiencing a lot of stress in my life. Which seems like they both might be causing my increased prolactin levels. I am in my final semester of school and taking very advanced accounting classes plus I am preparing for the CPA and working part time so I have a lot of pressure since the stakes are high. This ED situation is making it worse and on top of that I feel like I am losing my hot f*ck buddy b/c of this... I'm so mad because he is a keeper and now I feel like I scared him away.... Fml. What are your thoughts on my BW? My Endo says that he wants to do an MRI of my pituitary gland if the second blood test for prolactin is out of the normal range again after stopping the anti-depressants.... I don't know if that would really make a difference or what he hopes to find with that. I also suggested doing an e2 test but the Endo said it would be pointless for the same reasons the urologist mentioned. So far it seems my ED is psychological but I want to make sure 100% that this ED was not caused by my prior AAS use when I was 21 & 23... Comments? Was there anything I missed in my blood work ups?

Thanks for your input, I really appreciate it.

The antidepressant is the problem. Natorius for causing ED.
You will need to choose what's more important.
Sounds as if your very busy and stress can sometimes can just be a point of view. Do you feel better taking these or just numb?

Why is it in the HRT section? Did I miss something?

Do you often get 'the mood'? Or just having sex because you would lose your **** buddy(Jesus, I hate this expression so much!)?

I have not been taking the anti depressant for very long. just about 4 weeks now and its one that my doctor perscribed that is not supposed to have sexual side effects. I have been having problems with ED for about 2 years now... so I doubt its the medications

This may be better posted in the aas Q&A forum if you want the best help.

i don't really have a sexual appetite anymore... I'm recently depressed because I am losing my f*ck buddy over my nonperformance, hence the anti-depressant

You need to get a complete hormonal blood work done.

Read kel's sticky at the top of the forum on the blood work you need.

Better yet, find a hormonal specialist who works with men and get evaluated; you might just need to get restarted...if you can...or have other issues like elevated E2.

My guess is your shut down and need to be restarted...that's the typical scenario in these situations.

Young dudes doing aas is just not a good thing and it can very well effect you for the rest of your life.
