New guy needs help, posted before and after pics to.

I was directed to post this here so I hope you can help me out. There is a lot of good info here, its actually kind of overwhelming there's so much.
My problem..... after a little over a year of working out I seem to have hit a plateau. I have seen great gains over the last year and a ton of weight loss but its just stopped.
I will be as honest as I can because I really want to get past this and start getting bigger again.
Ive tried switching up my workout from heavy weight and low reps to low weight high reps and no change.
I take 2 cc of script Depo 200mg every 7 days. Im 31 5"10 230lbs I eat just about everything I can get my hands on to maintain at this weight.
Im not worried if I can lift 500lbs or 100lbs I just want to look like I can lift 500lbs.
So please any advise I would love to hear. What workout routine I should try, if I should up my dose or take something else with it? Anything please

Diet is 80% of the key most of the time. Remember with switching up routines it will take a good 60 days+ to see the start of any changes. They dont come over night.

Have you tried gong from straight bar to using dumbbells? Dont put your nose up to the machines either, they are great for hitting specific areas.

How many times a week do you hit a certain muscle group? If it's 2x a week then try 1x a week and vise versa.

Are you taking an AI? Agree with other points about diet and switching up the routine.

I went to machines 2 years ago and it helped with gains and keeping joints healthy with more strict movements.

    Nice work on the gains.

Hey thanks, ya losing the weight was easy compared to trying to grow to where I want to be. I'll search the forum for some diet plans. Unfortunately there not a lot of machines to choose from in my gym.
lovbyts.... I do chest and tri's on Mon.
    shoulders and bi's on Tues.
traps abbs and dead lifts on wed.
    Full back on thurs
    legs on Fri.
Then sat. I sometimes do a all around light work out just to get a pump before I go out.
