    Fine.

    Fine.

    TSH 1.280 .450 – 4.500

T4 and Free T4 is a tad low but it's T3 that is the bioavailable form of Thyroxine and you are crushing it man! Nice Free Thyroxine Index is fine as well. No Thyroid issues for you sir!

    Testosterone , serum 1116 348 – 1197
    Free testosterone 27.5 7.2 – 24.0
When did you get your blood tested relative to your injection. These are border line high if the day before injection. Nevertheless, you are responding well.

    DHEA – sulfate 385.6 44.3 – 331.0
Excellent, this is best at the top of the reference range or even higher. Very nice indeed.

    PSA, serum 1.5 0 – 4.0
    Fine.

    Insulin -like growth Factor 1 206 59 – 201
Damn nice, no HGH for you pal

    Estradiol, sensitive 37 3 – 70
Tad high due to your testosterone serum levels; are you taking an AI? Better in the 20's but if you're taking an AI and you feel good than I wouldn't worry to much about it.

    Triiodothyronine, free, serum 3.5 2.0 – 4.4
    Fine.

Can you tell us more about your protocol and timing of injection and more about yourself?

I feel fine. I inject once per week on Friday. I did my blood draw for blood work Friday morning at 8 then did my inject for that week after when I got home.
So this is what I'm doing currently:
    1) Test cyp .75ml once per week on friday morning
    2) HCG 200iu to 250ish on wednesday and thursday
    3) DHEA 50mg every morning upon waking
    4) Pregnenolone every morning upon waking
    Thats it.
GD do you think I should take an AI? My nipples are a little sore, but its not gyno. I had gyno 25 years ago. Its like the outer nipple itself is sore especially when Im cold. Also, should I use less t.cyp since my t levels are a tad high. Is too high of test a bad thing?

What do you want to know about me to help assess what I might need?

One more, my PSA went from .99 two months ago to 1.5
    Should this be a concern?

If you feel fine, its important to give that weight. If you and your doctor are okay with things and managing any side effects then that is important.

Nonetheless, you're definitely running supraphysiologic doses of testosterone . Your trough T is almost above range...

You might feel better at a lower dose, you'll almost certainly run into less problems like erythrocythemia and aromatization (although your E2 seems fine). It really wouldn't hurt much to try a lower dose or heck, even split the dose into 2 shots a week. That would give you a smaller peak T level.

Yes! OP, nice numbers! How old are you because your IGF-1 looks awesome? I'm assuming you're either young or you're on HGH?

That's whats confusing me, I'm 50, and I'm not on HGH. I'm reading about much younger guys here taking way more test and having way lower numbers. Could of lab-cor made a mistake? I'm happy my numbers look good but I'm concerned it may not be good in other ways. Here are the questions:

    1) should I take or not take an AI? GD said above my AI should be in the twentys

    2) or would splitting my injects help that?

    3) would the stuff I'm taking now raise my "insulin like growth factor" or is that number unrelated to my TRT therapy?

    Thanks

I would split your weekly injection into two that will help bring down your E2. It's not that "high" and splitting your weekly injection into two will help with that.

Testosterone will not effect IFG-1; just thank God you have good serum levels. Hell, I am 52 and near that range myself.

HGH is expensive and you don't need it!

Agree with the guys above. I'll even add that you may consider dropping your dose slightly along with adding twice per week injections as recommended. If you're that high on day 7 you're way higher earlier in the week. Implementing both of those changes and I'd bet you won't need an AI whatsoever, which is a win-win in my book.

    And yes, GD, you're old!

Sweet! Thanks guys for the input. I'm still concerned that my PSA went up .5 in two months though. Do PSA's fluctuate? or do high test levels usually make PSA's go up?

Yes, they can fluctuate. If you ejaculated within a couple days of your test it can skew the results as well.
