Almost immediately. Full effect? This was a year ago, so tough to say. Maybe a week or two. One key indicator: I dropped Xanax within a week and have never looked back.

Read the sticky on the main page. Sums things up nicely.

I think it's gonna hit everybody differently. I mean, I got a shot of Test Cyp 200mg. my first day and within hours I had a high and energy that I haven't felt in a long time. Probably placebo. But, I'd say around week 4-5, I noticed a huge difference for me. I will say this about TRT. At first, I was like, 'You mean I have to do this the rest of my life?' Now, I'm like, 'You mean I get to do this the rest of my life?' It can be life changing.

Like Rusty said, the sticky is pretty much dead on but keep in mind, we're all different and react differently.

Low dose Testosterone replacement is not going to have an immediate impact.

For example, if you are injecting IM it will take at least 6 weeks before serum levels stabilize.

On a transdermal it will take a couple to a few weeks.

That's just to get serum levels to peak value than the body will start to react.

I believe the sticky on how long things take is pretty accurate.

Thats good to hear i have been using androgel 1.62 for about 2 1/2 weeks and notice some change but nothing big as of yet. Thank you for the replies i guess im still waiting for the big differences. I do feel better though, more energy, better libido, still some sexual sides but i think that might be from prozac.

For me personally it was month 3 where I started to notice the difference.

Keep in mind, I've always trained and always looked good for a middle aged guy but at month 3 I got out of bed one morning and my wife looked at me and just blurted out "man, you're getting big..."

...then is was all great from there
