    1st year complete! Trt questions

    Hey guys,
I am 28 years old and I have been on TRT for one year now and my test levels have gone from 200 to 1120, I am very happy with my body transformation. I have brought my bf% to under 15 percent from 30 percent. Although it took a while before I could lose weight I have recently lost about 7 lbs.

I was wondering I am still having some trouble losing more fat and I would like to get down to about 10% especially since I have always held fat in my chest and stomach. I have cleaned up my diet and my doctor has mention switching to pellets from shots of cyp 200/mg/week or dropping my cyp to 100mg/week with HCG added in. Is there anything I should be doing that I am not.
lift 2 times per week, cardio 2-3 times 30-45min or 30 min HIIT

    Weight: 198
    Height: 5'8"
    BF%: 15%

    Appreciate any advice.

    Welcome duslam!

Question first. When was your blood work pulled relative to your injection and are you on any AI's for estrogen control? HCG should be used in your TRT protocol.

Plain and simple nutrition controls BF percentage. Visit the nutrition forum here and post your diet for guru's there to go over. They will help you out. Pretty much nutritionists for free. Can't beat that, right?

Assuming your testosterone is good and your overall health is generally good, then you're probably going to hit your weight loss goals through increased exercise and, more importantly, diet and nutrition. I'd be looking at those 2 aspects before I bothered with anything complex like throwing thyroid meds in the mix just because one hits a plateau.

I have a more basic question; why was a 27 year old put on a life long protocol of Testosterone Replacement ?

    What were you diagnosed with?

    Exactly what I thought.

Men your age with low testosterone levels doesn't just happen for no damn reason...there is a reason.

At your age your serum levels should be at peak value.

Your Doctor is a jackass and you need to find out why your serum levels were low as there are some very serious medical conditions that can cause that to happen.

Find a new Doctor and make sure you are ok...seriously.
