Test Cream -- 200 mg/day.

Just got my test cream from the compounding pharmacy yesterday. 200/mg per day! Is that high??? I know there are many variables for absorption, etc. We shall see.

My doc started me on 65 mg a day compounding cream. It raised me from 320-409 after 3 months. Now she just bumped it up to 200 mg a day as well and I started it yesterday. I have heard and others more knowledgeable might confirm this but most compounding creams have about a 10% absorption rate. If true that means 140 mg test a week which seems to be about average for most people pinning.

You absorb a small fraction of the test through your skin. I've seen 10% claimed but don't know how correct that number is.

Well, I can say with certainty that the 200 mg cream is MUCH stronger than the Axiron/Androgel dosage I was on previously. We'll see.

The 10% is about right for the guy who absorbs well; many men don't as we all know.

Get BW done in 2 to 3 weeks, that's long enough for your serum levels to stabilize and you'll know how you're doing from there...

Was your estrogen high? Its pointless to take an ai if it isn't. Where are these pharmacies?

Estrogen was extremely high. 49 something on a scale of 0-35.

Ahhh ok bud. Sometimes you read people taking them for no reason. You get messed up more going too low then running a little bit high
