Is it stronger from the pharmacy rather than in pill form. I been using the the pharmacy cream it seems stronger.

If blood work backs that statement up then great. My experience was exactly opposite. I was on a compounded prescription cream of dhea, preg and selegeline and was not getting good results at all. As soon as I switched to micronized products everything improved. DHEA went up by over 150 pts.

ok, I'm an idiot, where do you get micronized DHEA and Preg ?? Is it sold at health food stores like the Vitamin Shoppe ??

I have Preg from there, it is 50 mgs in pill form, but it doesn't say micronized anywhere on the bottle (and neither do any of the other brands that sell it there)

I'm still using the 30 mg DHEA cream, someone at the store I buy it at says that its more effective than the pill form (as is the 15 mg Preg cream over the 50 mg pills) because the pill form for both aren't methylated (like Dianabol , etc), so your liver breaks it down, and you get much less than what the bottle says per pill. Does that sound right ??

There is a brand called MRM. They make Micronized DHEA and pregnenolone. I bought the DHEA at Whole Foods, but cannot find the pregnenolone anywhere but online. They make a good product. My DHEA was: 385.6 - range (44.3 – 331.0)

Micronized survives the livers first pass which is what makes it more effective. When it comes to creams it up to the individual, the product and your absorption rate. It did not work for either GD or myself as related above.

I just ordered both from bodybuilding.com, they sell MRM products, and are both micronized.

Just as a reference point kelkel, you take 50 mgs per day of both, correct ??
