No, I just assumed that sweaty palms/brow, rapid heartbeat, feeling faint, need to escape, etc. were reliable symptoms of a panic attack.

This is interesting. I think anyone with anxiety issues experiencing a flux in hormonal levels stands a chance at having these issues. Once it levels out I bet you will be fine. I have anxiety issues but I refuse to take meds for it. Sometimes I just have to turn up some loud music, drink a red bull, (which should be counter productive) and I make myself get pumped and turn it all into rage and adrenaline. I am sure I have some screws loose but I can tighten them back up this way temporarily.
My other self treatment is to busy myself. I know a guy with severe anxiety and he is constantly doing something to stay busy and battle it. God bless the poor guy, he has a heart of gold.
Bedtime is the bitch for anxiety. Cant stay busy when you need to be sleeping.

I've been on trt for just over two years and I've had 2-3 panic attacks. They've happened when I was over tired, ate too much salt, evenings and blood pressure was high. It's scary. The first time it happened I thought I was having a heart attack - b/c I've never had a panic attack and didn't know what it was. The 2nd time it happened I immediately took a Xanax, tried to breathe slowly and relax. After an hour or so I was good. My most recent was last week. I'm on an immediate mission to lower my bp and don't put myself in that position again. Good luck to you.

You may have a high hematocrit level. I was experiencing some of your symptoms and 1) consumed 5 stalks of celery ed which really helps the BP. 2) I gave blood which made everything perfect.

Interesting topic...... I'm on TRT, and I seem to have fluctuating anxiety on TRT. Not necessarily related to any of my dosing schedules, either (I've tried every type of schedule). I'm miles better than before I started TRT, though. MILES!!!
